Audera Pack's reliance on disconnected spreadsheets created significant operational bottlenecks. A lack of real-time inventory data caused frequent stock inaccuracies and shipping errors. With thousands of distinct SKUs, ensuring batch traceability for quality control was nearly impossible. This administrative overhead increased costs and risked damaging their reputation with the premium cosmetic brands they served.
Our solution delivered a fully customized, end-to-end platform designed to unify every aspect of a high-performance B2B logistics ecosystem. Centralized Logistics Operations Hub
We developed a centralized, data-driven dashboard that serves as the single source of truth across the entire logistics operation. With real-time KPIs, dynamic visual analytics on inbound and outbound performance, and instant actionable alerts, it empowers managers to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, insight-led decision-making.
Real-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Engine
We built a robust system for managing the end-to-end flow of goods within the warehouse. This includes a visual Inbound Hub for precision receiving and quality control, and an interactive Kanban-based Outbound Hub that streamlines the entire order fulfillment pipeline from picking to dispatch.
Advanced Fleet & Delivery Management
We developed a powerful logistics module featuring a live tracking map for full visibility, AI-powered route optimization to increase efficiency, and a proof-of-delivery system. This provides Audera Pack with complete control and visibility over their critical final-mile delivery operations.

Orchestrating the Fulfillment Pipeline
To replace the chaos of spreadsheet tracking, we designed the Outbound & Dispatch Hub around an intuitive Kanban board. This visual approach provides an instant, at-a-glance status of every single order as it moves through the fulfillment stages—from a new order to packing, QC, and final dispatch. It transforms a complex process into a simple, manageable workflow.

The full-screen interactive map provides complete real-time visibility of every vehicle, while the integrated Route Planner uses intelligent algorithms to suggest the most efficient delivery routes, saving time and fuel.
