Volta, a modern energy drink brand, needed to move beyond a fragmented, manual process of managing B2B orders through WhatsApp and spreadsheets. They required a centralized digital platform to unify their diverse customer network—spanning cafés, gyms, and retail outlets—while enabling real-time sales tracking, streamlined order fulfillment, and efficient management of credit terms across hundreds of stockists.
Volta's dependence on manual processes led to major operational bottlenecks. Order inaccuracies were frequent, the sales team lacked real-time performance visibility, B2B credit management was cumbersome, and running targeted promotions was nearly impossible. To overcome these challenges, Volta needed a robust, centralized system capable of managing high-volume B2B transactions with precision, speed, and scalability.
Our solution was a fully custom, end-to-end B2B distribution platform built around three core pillars—designed to turn operational complexity into a streamlined, intelligent, and scalable growth engine.
Unified Sales & Order Operations Platform
We built a powerful operational workbench that brings all incoming orders into one intuitive interface. Equipped with a interactive data grid featuring contextual actions and advanced filtering, it empowers the sales team to review, approve, and track hundreds of orders with unmatched efficiency—dramatically cutting administrative workload and minimizing human error.
Data-Driven Growth Engine
We developed a real-time analytics dashboard and a sophisticated campaign management module. This empowers the Volta team to monitor sales velocity, track progress towards targets, understand their customer segments, and launch targeted promotional campaigns to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Intelligent Logistics & Finance
We built an integrated logistics and credit management system. The platform includes a live dispatch hub for planning and tracking deliveries, and a dedicated credit hub for managing payment terms and credit utilization for each B2B customer, minimizing financial risk and improving cash flow.

We designed it not just to inform but to drive action. An “Actionable Insights” feed anchors the dashboard, turning it from a static reporting tool into a proactive sales assistant that helps teams identify opportunities and act on them instantly.
For a fast-growing B2B distributor like Volta, managing credit and cash flow across hundreds of customers is a critical, high-stakes operation. We engineered the Credit Management Hub to replace guesswork with data-driven control.
This centralized dashboard provides the finance team with an at-a-glance overview of every customer's credit status. Key features include visual Credit Usage bars that change color as they approach their limit, customizable Payment Terms per customer, and the ability to set a Global Credit Limit with a single click. By empowering the Volta team to proactively manage financial risk and make smarter credit decisions, this hub becomes an essential tool for sustainable growth.
Understanding the fast-moving nature of the beverage market, we built a powerful marketing engine. The grid view allows managers to get an at-a-glance overview of all active campaigns. The platform enables the creation of highly targeted promotions (e.g., for specific customer types or locations), with real-time tracking of redemption rates and attributed revenue.
To handle high-volume B2B orders, we designed an efficiency-driven command center. Instead of a simple table, we built an interactive data grid paired with a contextual detail panel. This allows the sales team to manage the entire order lifecycle—from approval to assigning pickers—from a single, powerful screen, drastically accelerating fulfillment time.
